Really pleased with Mark’s work. I originally took my laptop to PC World as that’s where I bought it from. It’s out of warranty but still fairly new. They entered the model number into their system and apparently can’t source any parts so refused to even look at it.

Once again superb service from Mark and the team. My computer fan was making a lot of noise so I contacted Mark. He very quickly came to my house and took the computer away. He contacted me the next day to say that the fan should be replaced and I agreed to this. We also agreed that he would conduct a health check and clean the inside. Two days later Mark returned to my house, installed the computer and tested it. All was perfect once again.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The service fixing my MacBook couldn't have been better, Mark collected my computer and returned it within 24 hours.
